I’m Sayali Ghotikar, a Mumbai-born, Berlin-based illustrator and graphic designer.
With over 20 years of experience in graphic design, I started focusing more deeply on illustration a few years ago. I enjoy creating expressive, colourful images with thoughtful details, often inspired by everyday life, emotions, relationships and the small things that make us smile.
My work includes children’s books, editorial and personal illustration, book covers, music cover designs, greeting cards and artwork for licensing. My first illustrated picture book, We Were Wanderers, was published by Zula Tribe in 2026.
I work primarily with digital illustration, bringing together my background in design with a love for colour, texture and visual storytelling. I’m always interested in new projects, collaborations and opportunities to bring stories and ideas to life.
